Pre-Sacral Chordomas, about Two Cases and Review of the Literature

The World Health Organization (WHO) defines chordoma as a malignant tumor of intermediate or low grade, developing at the expense embryonic remnants notochord. These tumors represent 8.4% all bone tumors. We report 2 cases collected in medical oncology department CHU Hassan II Fes. In whom clinical examination revealed mass and/or signs loco-regional compression. was located sacrum both patients. diagnosis based on data anatomopathological showing association lobulated architecture with classic physaliphore cells and mucoid intercellular substance. Immunohistochemistry performed for principle therapeutic management radiotherapy targeted therapy since surgery difficult given local extension.
